Ryan F. Gravina is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ and Tax Planning Certified Professional® at Monadnock Private Wealth at Steward Partners. Ryan works closely with clients to identify the most suitable and applicable planning strategies for each client's unique situation, with a focus on adding value through a thoughtful and personalized approach. This includes in-depth analysis related to estate planning strategies, risk planning, portfolio construction, and incorporating tax-aware considerations into the financial planning process to help support more informed decision-making.
Ryan graduated from Bryant University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, concentrating in Finance with a minor in Communications. He joined the financial services industry in 2017 and has worked professionally advising clients with Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Citizens Financial Group, Edward Jones, and Riverwalk Wealth Advisors.
Ryan adheres to the standard of excellence that CFP® professionals must meet, including rigorous education and training, ethical standards, and a commitment to serving his clients' best interests. As a Tax Planning Certified Professional® (TPCP®), he incorporates advanced tax planning strategies into the financial planning process, helping clients make more informed, tax-efficient decisions across all areas of their financial lives.
Starting at the early age of 11 years old after competing in a regional stock market challenge, Ryan has consistently stated his desire to work as a Financial Advisor and to work with his dad, Carl. In September of 2023, that dream came to fruition as he joined the team.
Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Inc. owns the certification marks CFP®, CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™, CFP® (with plaque design), and CFP® (with flame design) in the U.S., which it awards to individuals who successfully complete CFP Board's initial and ongoing certification requirements.

Alexis supports client service operations and the advisory team through detailed account administration, documentation, and workflow coordination. In her role as Senior Client Administrative Manager, she works closely with advisors and clients to ensure requests are handled accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of client care. Alexis delivers a highly organized and professional approach to the team, keeping the practice running smoothly and ensuring every client interaction reflects a client-first mindset.
Alexis has more than 20 years of customer service experience in the financial industry. She began her career as a bank teller and quickly advanced into customer service and mortgage lending roles, building a strong foundation in client service and financial operations. She later supported financial advisors and attorneys, further strengthening her experience in documentation, organization, and client care. Alexis returned to Steward Partners after spending a year working in estate planning as a paralegal, adding valuable perspective to her role.
Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, most commonly at the soccer fields. She enjoys traveling to Nantucket Island, relaxing by the water in the summer, and skiing in the winter. When she has a quiet moment, she can often be found working on a jigsaw puzzle.

Amanda supports the advisory team through detailed account administration, meeting preparation, and a broad range of operational and back-office responsibilities. In her role as Client Administrative Manager, she prepares client meeting materials, generates and reviews investment and planning reports, maintains financial planning projections, and manages ongoing account paperwork and maintenance.
Amanda has more than a decade of experience in banking and client service. She previously worked at a local trust company, where she spent several years supporting financial advisors and assisting clients with a wide range of trust and wealth management needs.
Outside the office, Amanda enjoys baking, spending time with her family, and traveling. She especially enjoys cruises as her preferred way to relax and explore new destinations.
