Alexis Huntley

Alexis supports client service operations and the advisory team through detailed
account administration, documentation, and workflow coordination. In her role as Senior Client Administrative Manager, she works closely with advisors and clients to ensure requests
are handled accurately and efficiently while delivering an exceptional level of client care.
Alexis delivers a highly organized and professional approach to the team, keeping the
practice running smoothly and ensuring every client interaction reflects a client-first
mindset.
Alexis has more than 20 years of customer service experience in the financial industry.
She began her career as a bank teller and quickly advanced into customer service and
mortgage lending roles, building a strong foundation in client service and financial
operations. She later supported financial advisors and attorneys, further strengthening
her experience in documentation, organization, and client care. Alexis returned to
Steward Partners after spending a year working in estate planning as a paralegal,
adding valuable perspective to her role.
Alexis enjoys spending time with her husband and two sons, most commonly at the
soccer fields. She enjoys traveling to Nantucket Island, relaxing by the water in the
summer, and skiing in the winter. When she has a quiet moment, she can often be
found working on a jigsaw puzzle.
